HOW MANY REVISIONS DO I GET?
I offer unlimited revisions of your logo until you are happy. This is important as most companies will show you several before you pick the logo for your business. Initially I will show you a number of designs and then I will keep working on your logo design until you sign off the logo.
WHO WILL PRODUCE MY LOGO?
As a freelancer. I will personally be designing your logo and artwork. You will be able to speak directly with myself anytime during office hours. I do not outsource any work overseas or to 3rd parties.
DO YOU OUTSOURCE DESIGN?
No. We complete all work within our office. I am based on the Gold Coast. However, I offer my services to the whole of South East Queensland.
HOW DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
After signing up to my web services. I will ask you to complete a basic design questionnaire. IS MY LOGO HI-RES?
Yes. With your logo package I will provide you with a high resolution copy so that you can resize it without losing any of the clarity (also often referred to as vector file).

WHO OWNS THE COPYRIGHT?
You do. Parallax Creative does not retain the copyright of our logo designs unlike many firms. However, I do ask permission to add your content to our portfolio.
HOW LONG WILL MY LOGO TAKE?

HOW DO I PAY FOR MY LOGO?
Before I work on your project you will be asked to pay a deposit. You can pay with a valid debit or credit card or bank transfer and I also offer unlimited revisions so I will keep working on your logo until you are happy.
